1.2. 1The unit is used to compress and transport the front-stream crosslaidbatt through a into the pre-needling zone.
1.2. 2 The“V shape belt system is made of 2mm thick anti-static PVC belt with tracking. Both the input and output distance can be adjusted.
1.2. 3Infeed rollers is a par of Φ155mm grooved roller which has been hard-chromed. The distance between top & bottom roller is adjustable and there are plastic guide fingers to hold the batt into the needling zone. The distance between 1strow of needles to the infeed roller is 150mm.
1.2. 4 The design of“V”shape conveyor and infeed rollers secure easierbatt transportationless drafting and no damage of batt evenness. “V”shape conveyor and infeed roller are both inverter controlled.
1.2. 5The whole unit sits on a rail system which can move fro/backward for maintenance and cleaning.
