- Europe made oil seals are used on the main shaft and push rods for NO oil leakage.
- One-Section needle beam structure synchronizes the operation of needle board. Needle beam is made of light-weight & high-strength steel...
- Air-Clamping needle board for easily needle board change. Air pressure automatically detected to protect the needle machine.
- OneSection machine frame design, which has been processed with heat pressure-released and shaped in high temperature environment. This procedure stabilizes the machine frame and prevent it from deforming at high speed production.
- Lubrication Oil Cooler is furnished to prevent equipment from overheated under high-speed operation. Physically tested, main crankcase temperature is ≤ 60 after 15-hour continuously running.
- Main shaft & Eccentric shaft structure are used to balance the needle punching machine at high speed production condition. Less heat generation, low vibration, NO vibration and NO special foundation required.
- Bedplate at 12mm (t)Stripper plate at10mm (t). Both are alloy heat-treated and surface hard chromed to prevent from rusted.
- E-stop devices are furnished on the M/C for safe operation.
