- Position of batt forming belt is screw reducer motor controlled and furnished with limit switch for safety protection. There are walkway and safety guard on sides of this unit.
- Bullet-Shape and PTFE coated lapping rollers secure the rollers can hold material closely. Infeed conveyor is furnished with perforated roller to compress the carded web before entering the lapping area and there are also guiding plates on sides of lapping carriage to reduce air turbulence.
- Except plastic slat forming belt, the other belts are all high-strength anti-static PVC belts.
- Whole unit is servo motor controlled. Advance profiling function included.
