(4) Machinery Characteristics
-This unit is used to separate fiber, dust, air transported from the opening machine and then feed the opened fiber to the Fiber Tower. The configuration of the arc-shape plate inside of this machine enables high-speed air and fiber can be separated.
- An Arc-Shape perforated plate, which accords with the motion trajectory separates the fiber and air with damage or twist fiber. Air will then exhaust from the perforated holes and dust can be filtered and collected by dust-collector.
